Ibis Attempt...Thwarted

Got out of work a little early today and made an attempt at getting down to Huntley Meadows to see the White-Faced Ibises. I made it as far as 395 South. As soon as I saw the bumper-to-bumper traffic on the highway I took the first exit off and came home. There's no way I would have made it by 7:15. No worries, I'm confident the birds'll stick around til Saturday morning. Fairly confident.  ¶ 7:05 PM
